That is nasty. Definately nasty. I cannot believe you cut your hand that bad just falling on the sidewalk. It really is much more believable if you say you had a beer bottle in your hand. Or say even a steak knife. Something that would give you a cut like that. Looks like it hurts!!! Makes my nalgas pucker!
